Cottonwood Pass Adventure Engagement Session in Buena Vista, Colorado

You can’t really beat a summer evening on the top of Cottonwood Pass. The views seem to go on forever. Sam and Jess reached out months ahead of their September trip to Colorado about an adventure session. They came to visit from Minnesota and hiked their first 14er the day before our session. I think they were just a tad tired, but thankfully were excited to hike around Cottonwood Pass. We got to know each other better as we explored the area and they are just all around great people. I loved how Jess wore hiking boots with her summery dress. I appreciate getting to spend time with wonderful people in spectacular places. I always love the end of a sunset session where we just get to enjoy watching the sun go down and the colors appear in the sky.
