Outdoor Family Photography - Bear Brook Love, Deerfield, New Hampshire

Sean and Heather’s wedding at their home in Vermont is what convinced me to say yes to more wedding photography. I especially love the photos because they also captured a reunion of many friendships formed during our shared 10-month Americorps service with the Student Conservation Association New Hampshire Corps in Deerfield, NH. That’s where we returned for a family shoot with their baby girl. It was a beautiful late summer morning. The bugs weren’t bad and the forest was green and lush despite an extreme drought. These pictures mean even more to me because I lived here and walked these trails for 3 years. I hope you can get a glimpse of how special Bear Brook is in these photos.

Thank you to our fellow alum and friend, Zach, for giving us access to camp for a bit of social distancing. The Americorps program was suspended during this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Check out my Bear Brook gallery and shop for some of my favorite photography ever taken when I lived at Spruce Pond camp. 20% of profits from the gallery shop will be donated to the Student Conservation Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, with funds directed to the NH Corps program.
