Winter Picnic - Florals + Charcuterie in the Snowy Woods
Balmy winter days inspired a picnic in the snow with blooms that hint at spring.
February is usually when cabin fever sets in, but it helps to spend a day outside. My friend Elizabeth and I took advantage of one particularly balmy day to dream up a winter picnic with floral arrangements and alllllllllll the meats and cheeses. Darin made a campfire on top of what’s left of our snowpack and it was downright cozy like Greta Gerwig’s remake of Little Women. We got creative (candles in the snow, anyone?), then hungry, and ate the charcuterie board clean. Don’t miss the end of this post where Solstice plays along to make our porch a true-to-life L.L.
