oh baby!: first hike // adirondacks, ny

last month we took a weekend trip to the Adirondacks to see our very good friends who just had a little baby boy this fall. you may remember my photos of a super pregnant Camille back in the summer before they moved. i couldn't wait to come visit sometime this fall. how fun it was! their baby is a little bit fussy, a little bit snuggly, and a lot a bit just a darn cute baby with some pretty spectacular facial expressions. i knew i wanted to photograph the newly expanded family in some way, and we ended up going for a 4-5ish mile hike! the woods are so beautiful and quiet this time of year. we hiked out to an overlook that sports a view of lake champlain and the mountains in vermont. the baby slept the whole way but got to come out of this pouch when we were down by the beach. i also made sure to get a lot of shots of their dog, Moo. i hope you enjoy these photos. i love these folks!
